    This once clean, peaceful and ideal subdivision in brgy. granada, bacolod has been bothered by trucks loaded with sugar cane that freely pass by its access roads, have no idea why this kind is permitted? i think roads inside subdivisions are intended to be used solely by its residents and residents' light vehicles as access and never be utilized as access road for truckings loaded with stuffs like sugarcane etc. considering that this trucks cause some noise pollutions and poses danger to residents in the area especially to children not to mention the damage it can cause to the concrete pavements. with the danger, noise and pollution it has caused, i hope that charito hghts home owners association should come up with a resolution to restrict or disallow the use of its access roads to t
