The area of Bacolod Boy's Home from Don Bosco is divided by a concrete fence. Most of the right area owned by Bacolod Boy's Home and founded by Fr. Gratian Murray. Most of the right-side area of the map border is now a Public School with a name: Fr. Gratian Murray Integrated School, AFSC (FGMIS, AFSC).

Pearl Manor operates very shady business practices in my opinion. Avoid this place at all costs. They like to receive deposits and then not fulfilled Services promises and will not issue refunds.
